By purchasing from On My Level LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Legal Compliance

On My Level LLC manufactures and sells non-serialized firearm accessories, including muzzle brakes, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of any product is legal in their jurisdiction. Orders will not be shipped to locations where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally allowed to purchase firearm accessories

You meet all applicable age requirements under local and federal law

3. Product Use & Safety

All products are intended for lawful use only.
Improper installation or misuse may result in injury or property damage.

Installation should be performed by a qualified individual or gunsmith. On My Level LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or use.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
On My Level LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with legal or policy requirements.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping

Orders will only be shipped to jurisdictions where the product is legal.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

On My Level LLC is not responsible for delays, carrier restrictions, or confiscation due to local laws.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of firearm accessories:

Returns are accepted only for unused and uninstalled products

Custom or modified items are non-returnable

Return authorization is required prior to return

7. Warranty

Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, or normal wear.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On My Level LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless On My Level LLC from any claims arising from misuse, unlawful use, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which On My Level LLC operates.
